EZ Roller Spinner

Quick Solutions for All Your Questions

Q. Will having the spare tire affect vehicle handling?

All driving tests across multiple brands show no significant handling issues when installed correctly.

Q. What is the maximum speed and distance?

Recommended limits:
• Speed: 55 mph (90 km/h)
• Distance: 50–75 miles
• The 20-inch EZ Spare can travel farther in emergencies but must still be replaced as soon as possible

Q. Does it clear brake calipers on all vehicles?

Yes. EZ Spare Wheels are engineered for maximum caliper clearance.
Always confirm the correct wheel size and EFS adapter in the Fitment Guide App before installation.

Q. What does PCD mean?

PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) — the diameter of the circle that passes through the center of all bolt holes.
It defines the vehicle’s bolt pattern.

Q. Has the EZ Spare been tested and approved for use on highways and all roads?

Yes, the Universal EZ spare Wheel has been tested by leading OEM wheel testing companies in both Europe
and the US. Both laboratories confirmed the wheels’ safety and durability.

Q. Is the EZ Spare patented?

Yes, the Easy Fit System holds a worldwide patent. This system enables the wheel to fit hundreds of thousands of makes and models of vehicles

Q. Will it fit fleet vans or pickup trucks?

Yes, for vehicles with 5-lug patterns.
Most vans and light trucks require the 20-inch wheel with a full-size tire. Always confirm fitment in the Fitment
Guide App; if it shows “Not Available,” no compatible pattern currently exists.

Q. How will I know when to use the bolts or nuts you provided in the hardware kit?

Always use the recommended size of bolts or nuts listed in the EZ Spare Fitment guide app. In most cases,
about 80%, the OEM bolts or nuts on the tire and wheel you’re replacing will fit the EZ spare wheel.

Q. Can I use an impact gun to loosen the nuts and bolts as well as tighten the lugs when I install the tireback on the car?

Impact guns can be used to remove the damaged tire from the vehicle before installing the EZ spare. We
recommend using a lug wrench to tighten the lug nuts or bolts after securely placing the EZ spare tire on the
vehicle. It is important not to over-torque the nuts or bolts; however, they must be tight and secure

Q. Do I need a separate torque wrench, or can I rely on my impact gun’s setting?

We do not recommend using impact guns or torque sticks when installing wheels, as they can damage the
hardware and the wheel finish. Some vehicles, like Porsches, require special sockets to tighten the hardware
without harming their anodized coating. Impact gun torque can vary greatly, from low torque that results in
loose wheels to very high torque that can cause damage or break hardware.

Q. What socket sizes are typical?

Common sizes: 17 mm, 19 mm, 21 mm, 23 mm. Refer to the vehicle owner’s manual for confirmation.

Q. What tools should every roadside tech carry?

• Professional jack & stands
• Lug wrench and torque wrench
• Tire pressure gauge
• Socket set (17–23 mm)
• Safety cones / warning triangles
• High-visibility vest & gloves
• EZ Spare Fitment Guide App

Q. Can I order replacement parts or accessories?

adapters, bolts, nuts, hub rings, mounting tools, Torx keys, plastic hardware boxes, carrying bags, retail tire
changing kits, or rubber O rings, we have you covered.
All orders must go through Club Assist.

Q. Can it be used on 4×4 or AWD vehicles?

This is possible, but not recommended for long trips. (Test carried out already and there were no issues.)
