Since many newer vehicles do not have wheel wells, we provide a premium spare wheel carrying bag with handles for storing the EZ Spare in your vehicle’s trunk area.

Where should I store my EZ Spare Wheel?

Storage depends on your vehicle. If your vehicle does not have a suitable storage space, we recommend using an EZ Spare carrying bag and storing the kit in the trunk or cargo area.

  • Vehicles with Dedicated Spare Tire Storage Space
    Some vehicles feature a designated compartment or wheel well beneath the rear cargo floor in the trunk for storing a spare tire.
    If your vehicle has this space, please be aware that we cannot guarantee a proper fit. We strongly recommend measuring the area beforehand to ensure compatibility before storing your EZ Spare. You might also need to remove any foam inserts or organizers installed in the storage compartment by the manufacturer.
  • Vehicles with a Storage Space That’s Too Small
    Some vehicles have a compartment that could store a spare, but the space may be too small for a properly sized EZ Spare Wheel.

EZ Spare Wheels are covered by a limited warranty for up to 3 years for structural integrity under normal and intended use.

Are tires covered under warranty?

Tire coverage may vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear, road hazard damage, punctures, accidents, improper use or damage caused by driving on the spare outside temporary-use guidelines.

Are jack kits and tire-changing tools covered?

Tire-changing kits, scissor jacks and related components typically follow the manufacturer’s warranty, which may be up to 1 year depending on the product.

What is not covered under warranty?

Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, road hazard damage, misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications or failure to follow safety and usage instructions.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Contact EZ Spare Wheel with your proof of purchase, order information, photos of the issue and a brief description of the problem. Our team will review the claim and determine whether repair, replacement or refund applies.
